تعرضت بلدة كناكر لقصف بالرشاشات الثقيلة من قبل قوات الأسد.
حلب::
بعد معارك عنيفة جدا تمكن الثوار من استعادة السيطرة على قريتي مريغل ودوديان بالريف الشمالي وقتلوا وجرحوا عدد من عناصر تنظيم الدولة،، كما وتمكن الثوار من تدمير مفخختين على مشارف قرية مريغل أرسلهما تنظيم الدولة في سعيه لاستعادة سيطرته على القرية، ودارت اشتباكات بين الطرفين على محور قرية الجكة، وعلى محور مغاير دارت اشتباكات بين الثوار وقوات الأسد على محور قرية الطامورة، بينما ألقت مروحيات الأسد براميلها المتفجرة على بلدتي كفرحمرة وبيانون وأطراف بلدة حيان دون سقوط إصابات بين المدنيين، وتعرضت منطقة المعامل غربي بلدة حيان لقصف بقذائف الهاون، وفي الريف الجنوبي ألقت مروحيات الأسد ألغام بحرية على بلدة بانص دون سقوط جرحى، وفي الريف الشرقي شن الطيران الحربي غارات على مدينة الباب، ووردت معلومات عن قيام تنظيم الدولة بإعدام ستة مدنيين في مدينة منبج بتهمة الردة عن دين الإسلام، أما في مدينة حلب فقد سقطت عدة قذائف على حيي الميدان وجمعية الزهراء وأسفرت عن سقوط شهيد وعدد من الجرحى في صفوف المدنيين.

تمكن الثوار من التصدي لمحاولة تقدم قوات الأسد من قرية المغير باتجاه بلدة كفرنبودة بالريف الشمالي، ودمروا تركس لقوات الأسد بعد استهدافه بصاروخ فاغوت، في حين شن طيران الأسد الحربي غارات جوية على بلدة كفرنبودة دون سقوط أي إصابة في صفوف المدنيين.

اعتقلت القوات الحكومية خلال الاربع والعشرين ساعة الماضية نحو 100 شخص بعمليات دهم وتفتيش نفذتها في البصرة وبابل والقادسية.
مصدر حكومي بتصريح لوكالة اخبارية قال إن "مديرية شرطة البصرة نفذت،اليوم الجمعة، حملة اعتقال في قضاء القرنة ومناطق اخرى من المحافظة اسفرت عن اعتقال 45 شخصا".
واضاف المصدر أن "شرطة بابل نفذت عمليات دهم وتفتيش في مناطق متفرقة من المحافظة اسفرت عن اعتقال 29 شخصا، بينما تم اعتقال 20 شخصا في حملات مماثلة في محافظة القادسية".
* الأنبار: القوات الحكومية تستقطع اجزاءا جديدة من المحافظة وتضمها الى كربلاء
اقدمت القوات الحكومية في محافظة كربلاء، اليوم الجمعة، على حفر ثاني خندق على امتداد الصحراء الفاصلة بين محافظتي كربلاء والانبار، مايمثل استقطاعا جديدا لقضاء النخيب.
مصادر مطلعة قالت إن "الخندق الذي يضم ايضا ساترا ترابيا بعلو مترين.. يمتد بطول 40 كلم لعزل المناطق كافة الممتدة من سيطرة معمل الاسمنت الى منطقة الطار مرورا بقرى تل الضبع".
هذا ويعد الخندق الثاني من نوعه لعزل مناطق ادارية بين المحافظتين فيما يقول اعضاء في مجلس محافظة كربلاء ان اليات الدوائر البلدية شاركت في حفره على ان يتم نشر ابراج مراقبة قربه في وقت لاحق.
* التأميم: نحو مئة قتيل وجريح من المدنيين بقصف انتقامي استهدف قضاء الحويجة
قتل واصيب نحو 100 مدني، اليوم الجمعة، جراء قصف انتقامي من قبل الطيران المروحي للجيش الحكومي والتحالف الاميركي استهجف مناطق عدة في قضاء الحويجة.
مصادر صحفية قالت إن "طيران الجيش الحكومي والتحالف الاميركي عاود قصفه الانتقامي العشوائي على قضاء الحويجة استهدف مستشفى الحويجة ماادى الى تدميرها بشكل كامل وتسبب بسقوط ما يقارب 100 قتيل وجريح من المدنيين اغلبهم نساء واطفال".
واضافت المصادر أن "القصف استهدف ايضا منزلين في قرية الماحوز التابعة لقضاء الحويجة ماتسبب بقتل من فيهما من المدنيين جراء القصف من قبل الطيران التابع للتحالف الاميركي".
* كربلاء: القوات الحكومية تفض اعتصام المتظاهرين أمام مبنى المحافظة بالقوة
اقدمت القوات الحكومية في محافظة كربلاء، اليوم الجمعة، على فض اعتصام متظاهري كربلاء بالقوة مستخدمة الهراوات لتفريق المعتصمين.
مصادر صحفية قالت إن "القوات الحكومية فضت اعتصام المتظاهرين أمام مبنى المحافظة بالقوة مستعملة الهراوات، مؤكدة ان حالة من الاستياء الشعبي داخل المحافظة ازاء هذا الاعتداء الصارخ".
واضافت المصادر ان "القوات الحكوميو اعتدت بالضرب على بعض المتظاهرين الذين رفضوا ترك مكان اعتصامهم".
* الأنبار: نزوح لمئات الاسر من هيت وكبيسة جراء العمليات العسكرية والقصف الانتقامي
نزحت مئات الاسر، اليوم الجمعة، من هيت وكبيسة بمحافظة الانبار غالبيتهم نساء واطفال وكبار في السن، جراء العمليات العسكرية فيهما والقصف العشوائي الانتقامي المتواصل.
مصادر صحفية قالت إن "مئات الأسر من أهالي مدينة هيت وناحية كبيسة غرب الرمادي نزحت، اليوم، باتجاه ناحية الوفاء، وقسم منها نزح الى ناحية البغدادي وقسم آخر نزح الى منطقتي زنكورة وأبو طيبان شمال غرب الرمادي".
واضافت المصادر أن "النازحين الى هذه المناطق يمرون بظروف معيشية صعبة جراء عدم توفر الاماكن الامنة لهم وعدم توفر الغذاء والدواء لهم".
* تظاهرات حاشدة في محافظات عدة للمطالبة بالاصلاحات ومحاسبة المسؤولين الحكوميين
شهدت محافظات كربلاء وميسان وذي قار وواسط وبابل والقادسة والبصرة، اليوم الجمعة، تظاهرات حاشدة أجمعت على المطالبة بالإصلاح والإسراع في تنفيذه ومكافحة الفساد المالي والإداري.
وقالت مصادر صحفية إن "محافظات كربلاء وميسان وذي قار وواسط وبابل والقادسية والبصرة شهدت، عصر اليوم، تظاهرات حاشدة شارك فيها المئات من المتظاهرين وسط إجراءات أمنية مشددة".
وأضافت المصادر أن "المتظاهرين طالبوا بالإصلاحات وضرورة الإسراع بتنفيذها، ومكافحة الفساد المالي والإداري، ومعاقبة المسؤوليين الحكوميين على سرقتهم لقوت الشعب".

اعترف تحالف مايعرف بالقوى، اليوم الجمعة، بان ميليشيا مايعرف بالحشد الشعبي لاتزال تختطف أكثر من 1400 نازح من الانبار كانوا قد عبروا من معبر الرزازة وتحتجزهم في منطقة جرف الصخر بمحافظة بابل.
النائب عن التحالف "احمد السلماني" بتصريح لوكالة اخبارية قال ان "اكثر من 1400 مواطن من اهالي الانبار مازالوا يقبعون في سجون تابعة لميليشيا حزب الله التابعة للدولة، منذ اكثر من ستة اشهر بعد ان تم اعتقالهم في منطقة الرزازة،اثر هروبهم مع عوائلهم من المدن التي يسيطر عليها المسلحين.
واضاف السلماني أنه "منذ شهرين تم الافراج عن 65 معتقلا منهم، وبينوا انهم كانوا معتقلين لدى حزب الله في منطقة جرف الصخر وقد مورست بحقهم اشد انواع التعذيب وان 12 نازحا منهم ماتوا اثناء التعذيب".
واشار الى ان "الحكومة الحالية عاجزة عن الافراج عن هولاء المعتقلين على الرغم من قناعتها ببراءئتهم كون ميليشيا حزب الله هي من تعتقلهم".
* بغداد: قتلى وجرحى بانفجارين منفصلين جنوبي العاصمة
قتل واصيب اكثر من 15 شخصا، اليوم الجمعة، اثر انفجار عبوتين ناسفتين بمكانين منفصلين جنوبي العاصمة بغداد.
مصدر حكومي بتصريح صحفي لموقع اخباري قال إن "عبوة ناسفة انفجرت، صباح اليوم، بالقرب من سوق شعبية في ناحية اليوسفية، جنوبي بغداد، مما أسفرت عن مقتل شخص وإصابة ثمانية آخرين بجروح متفاوتة".
وأضاف المصدر أن "عبوة ناسفة اخرى انفجرت على باص نوع (كيا) أثناء مروره في قرية عرب جبور التابعة الى منطقة الدورة، جنوبي بغداد، مما أسفرت عن مقتل شخصين بينهم السائق وإصابة خمسة آخرين بجروح متفاوتة وإلحاق أضرار مادية بالباص".
واشار المصدر الى ان "سيارات الاسعاف هرعت إلى منطقة الحادث ونقلت الجرحى إلى مستشفى قريب لتلقي العلاج والقتلى إلى دائرة الطب العدلي".
* التأميم: سقوط ضحايا من المدنيين بقصف انتقامي على الحويجة
قتل واصيب 14 مدنيا، اليوم الجمعة، اثر قصف جوي انتقامي استهدف سوق مدينة الحويجة بمحافظة التأميم.
مصادر صحفية قالت إن "اربعة مدنيين قتلوا واصيب 10 اخرون غالبيتهم نساء واطفال جراء قصف جوي استهدف سوق الحويجة في محافظة التأميم ".
هذا وكان قضاء الحويجة بمحافظة التأميم قد شهد، امس الخميس، مقتل 5 مدنيين واصابة اخرين جراء قصف مماثل استهدف منازل عدة.

اقرت لجنة ماتعرف بالثقافة والاعلام البرلمانية، امس الخميس، بان حزب الدعوة يسيطر على شبكة الاعلام العراقي وهيئة الاعلام والاتصالات ويرفض اي محاولات لاصلاحها.
عضو اللجنة "سروة عبد الواحد" بتصريح لموقع اخباري قالت ان" حزب الدعوة يسيطر على شبكة الاعلام العراقي وهيئة الاعلام والاتصالات ويرفض اي محاولات لاصلاحها"، مبينة ان "المشكلة ليس في هيكلية مؤسسات الدولة بل في من اتوا باناس غير كفوئين من الاحزاب وخصوصا حزب الدعوة".
ولفتت عبد الواحد الى أن "جميع الهيئات المستقلة التي تدار بالوكالة يتولى إدارتها اعضاء من حزب الدعوة "، مشيرة الى ان "العبادي اذا اراد ان يغير عليه ان يبدأ بحزبه اولا، ويبعد غير الكفوئين من الذين يترأسون مؤسسات مهمة ومنها شبكة الاعلام العراقي وهيئة الاعلام والاتصالات وهيئة النزاهة وهيئة الحج".

اقدمت القوات الحكومية منذ فجر، اليوم الجمعة، على قطع الجسور في العاصمة بغداد بالكتل الكونكريتية، بالتزامن مع إحاطة المنطقة الخضراء بالأسلاك الشائكة.
وقال مصدر حكومي بتصريح لوكالة اخبارية إن "قوات الجيش والشرطة قامت، منذ الساعات الاولى من صباح اليوم، بقطع معظم الجسور في العاصمة بغداد بوضع حواجز كونكريتية لمنع مرور العجلات"، مشيرا في الوقت نفسه الى "تقطيع المنطقة الواحدة الى عدة قطوعات".
وأوضح المصدر أن "تلك القطوعات رافقها انتشار أمني مكثف من الجيش والشرطة وعناصر الاستخبارات وشرطة المرور"، مبينا أن "القوات الامنية المكلفة بحراسة المنطقة الخضراء قامت بإحاطة المنطقة بالأسلاك الشائكة بشكل كامل".
واشار المصدر الى ان أن "قوات الجيش والشرطة انتشرت وبكثافة في غالبية مناطق العاصمة بغداد، مشيرا الى قطع أغلب طرق العاصمة، سيما وسط بغداد وجانب الرصافة منها".
هذا وأعلنت وزارة الداخلية الحالية أنها لم نعط تصريحاً باقامة اي اعتصام او تظاهر امام بوابات المنطقة الخضراء، مؤكدة أنها أخبرت الجهة التي طلبت الترخيص بهذا الامر، في اشارة الى منعها لاتباع تيار مايعرف الصدري البدء باعتصامات ابتداءً من اليوم الجمعة، أمام بوابات المنطقة الخضراء.

وأضافت المصادر أن "هنالك العديد من التجاوزات في المحافظة يصعب رفعها لكونها تعود إلى جهات وأحزاب متنفذة في الحكومة".

اقدمت ميليشيات طائفية مدعومة حكوميا، مساء امس الخميس، على سرقة مبلغ 30 مليون دينار بسطو مسلح على منزل يقع شرقي بغداد.
مصدر حكومي بتصريح صحفي لوكالة إخبارية قال إن "مسلحين اقتحموا منزلا في منطقة شارع فلسطين شرقي بغداد، وقاموا بسرقة 30 مليون دينار تحت تهديد السلاح وفروا إلى جهة مجهولة".
وأضاف المصدر أن "المسلحين الذين نفذوا عملية السرقة فروا لجهة مجهولة عقب تنفيذهم العملية".

عضو اللجنة "ماجدة التميمي" بتصريح تناقلته وكالات اخبارية قالت إن "مسؤولين متورطين بملف عقارات الدولة، مؤكدة ان القضية تحتوي على ملفات متشعبة ابرزها الاموال المصادرة والمحجوزة وعقارات اليهود والقصور الرئاسية".
واضافت التميمي أنه "بعد اكمال اللجنة ملف المصرف العراقي للتجارة الـ(TBI) ستعمل على فتح ملف عقارات الدولة"، مشيرة الى "تورط مسؤولين بملف عقارات الدولة وما ان يكتمل الملف سيتم احالته الى القضاء".
يذكر ان اللجنة المالية اقرت في وقت سابق، ان ملفات الفساد التي تمتلكها والمقدرة بـ100 ملف تم احالة جزء منها الى القضاء، فيما سيتم تسليم الملفات الاخرى في الفترة المقبلة إلى هيئة النزاهة.

* اعتقال نحو 100 شخص في البصرة وبابل والقادسية
اعتقلت القوات الحكومية خلال الاربع والعشرين ساعة الماضية نحو 100 شخص بعمليات دهم وتفتيش نفذتها في البصرة وبابل والقادسية.
مصدر حكومي بتصريح لوكالة اخبارية قال إن "مديرية شرطة البصرة نفذت،اليوم الجمعة، حملة اعتقال في قضاء القرنة ومناطق اخرى من المحافظة اسفرت عن اعتقال 45 شخصا".
واضاف المصدر أن "شرطة بابل نفذت عمليات دهم وتفتيش في مناطق متفرقة من المحافظة اسفرت عن اعتقال 29 شخصا، بينما تم اعتقال 20 شخصا في حملات مماثلة في محافظة القادسية".
* الأنبار: القوات الحكومية تستقطع اجزاءا جديدة من المحافظة وتضمها الى كربلاء
اقدمت القوات الحكومية في محافظة كربلاء، اليوم الجمعة، على حفر ثاني خندق على امتداد الصحراء الفاصلة بين محافظتي كربلاء والانبار، مايمثل استقطاعا جديدا لقضاء النخيب.
مصادر مطلعة قالت إن "الخندق الذي يضم ايضا ساترا ترابيا بعلو مترين.. يمتد بطول 40 كلم لعزل المناطق كافة الممتدة من سيطرة معمل الاسمنت الى منطقة الطار مرورا بقرى تل الضبع".
هذا ويعد الخندق الثاني من نوعه لعزل مناطق ادارية بين المحافظتين فيما يقول اعضاء في مجلس محافظة كربلاء ان اليات الدوائر البلدية شاركت في حفره على ان يتم نشر ابراج مراقبة قربه في وقت لاحق.
* التأميم: نحو مئة قتيل وجريح من المدنيين بقصف انتقامي استهدف قضاء الحويجة

واضافت المصادر أن "القصف استهدف ايضا منزلين في قرية الماحوز التابعة لقضاء الحويجة ماتسبب بقتل من فيهما من المدنيين جراء القصف من قبل الطيران التابع للتحالف الاميركي".

اقدمت القوات الحكومية في محافظة كربلاء، اليوم الجمعة، على فض اعتصام متظاهري كربلاء بالقوة مستخدمة الهراوات لتفريق المعتصمين.
مصادر صحفية قالت إن "القوات الحكومية فضت اعتصام المتظاهرين أمام مبنى المحافظة بالقوة مستعملة الهراوات، مؤكدة ان حالة من الاستياء الشعبي داخل المحافظة ازاء هذا الاعتداء الصارخ".
واضافت المصادر ان "القوات الحكوميو اعتدت بالضرب على بعض المتظاهرين الذين رفضوا ترك مكان اعتصامهم".

نزحت مئات الاسر، اليوم الجمعة، من هيت وكبيسة بمحافظة الانبار غالبيتهم نساء واطفال وكبار في السن، جراء العمليات العسكرية فيهما والقصف العشوائي الانتقامي المتواصل.
مصادر صحفية قالت إن "مئات الأسر من أهالي مدينة هيت وناحية كبيسة غرب الرمادي نزحت، اليوم، باتجاه ناحية الوفاء، وقسم منها نزح الى ناحية البغدادي وقسم آخر نزح الى منطقتي زنكورة وأبو طيبان شمال غرب الرمادي".
واضافت المصادر أن "النازحين الى هذه المناطق يمرون بظروف معيشية صعبة جراء عدم توفر الاماكن الامنة لهم وعدم توفر الغذاء والدواء لهم".

شهدت محافظات كربلاء وميسان وذي قار وواسط وبابل والقادسة والبصرة، اليوم الجمعة، تظاهرات حاشدة أجمعت على المطالبة بالإصلاح والإسراع في تنفيذه ومكافحة الفساد المالي والإداري.
وقالت مصادر صحفية إن "محافظات كربلاء وميسان وذي قار وواسط وبابل والقادسية والبصرة شهدت، عصر اليوم، تظاهرات حاشدة شارك فيها المئات من المتظاهرين وسط إجراءات أمنية مشددة".
وأضافت المصادر أن "المتظاهرين طالبوا بالإصلاحات وضرورة الإسراع بتنفيذها، ومكافحة الفساد المالي والإداري، ومعاقبة المسؤوليين الحكوميين على سرقتهم لقوت الشعب".

اعترف تحالف مايعرف بالقوى، اليوم الجمعة، بان ميليشيا مايعرف بالحشد الشعبي لاتزال تختطف أكثر من 1400 نازح من الانبار كانوا قد عبروا من معبر الرزازة وتحتجزهم في منطقة جرف الصخر بمحافظة بابل.
النائب عن التحالف "احمد السلماني" بتصريح لوكالة اخبارية قال ان "اكثر من 1400 مواطن من اهالي الانبار مازالوا يقبعون في سجون تابعة لميليشيا حزب الله التابعة للدولة، منذ اكثر من ستة اشهر بعد ان تم اعتقالهم في منطقة الرزازة،اثر هروبهم مع عوائلهم من المدن التي يسيطر عليها المسلحين.
واضاف السلماني أنه "منذ شهرين تم الافراج عن 65 معتقلا منهم، وبينوا انهم كانوا معتقلين لدى حزب الله في منطقة جرف الصخر وقد مورست بحقهم اشد انواع التعذيب وان 12 نازحا منهم ماتوا اثناء التعذيب".
واشار الى ان "الحكومة الحالية عاجزة عن الافراج عن هولاء المعتقلين على الرغم من قناعتها ببراءئتهم كون ميليشيا حزب الله هي من تعتقلهم".

وأضاف المصدر أن "عبوة ناسفة اخرى انفجرت على باص نوع (كيا) أثناء مروره في قرية عرب جبور التابعة الى منطقة الدورة، جنوبي بغداد، مما أسفرت عن مقتل شخصين بينهم السائق وإصابة خمسة آخرين بجروح متفاوتة وإلحاق أضرار مادية بالباص".
واشار المصدر الى ان "سيارات الاسعاف هرعت إلى منطقة الحادث ونقلت الجرحى إلى مستشفى قريب لتلقي العلاج والقتلى إلى دائرة الطب العدلي".

هذا وكان قضاء الحويجة بمحافظة التأميم قد شهد، امس الخميس، مقتل 5 مدنيين واصابة اخرين جراء قصف مماثل استهدف منازل عدة.

اقدمت القوات الحكومية منذ فجر، اليوم الجمعة، على قطع الجسور في العاصمة بغداد بالكتل الكونكريتية، بالتزامن مع إحاطة المنطقة الخضراء بالأسلاك الشائكة.
وقال مصدر حكومي بتصريح لوكالة اخبارية إن "قوات الجيش والشرطة قامت، منذ الساعات الاولى من صباح اليوم، بقطع معظم الجسور في العاصمة بغداد بوضع حواجز كونكريتية لمنع مرور العجلات"، مشيرا في الوقت نفسه الى "تقطيع المنطقة الواحدة الى عدة قطوعات".
وأوضح المصدر أن "تلك القطوعات رافقها انتشار أمني مكثف من الجيش والشرطة وعناصر الاستخبارات وشرطة المرور"، مبينا أن "القوات الامنية المكلفة بحراسة المنطقة الخضراء قامت بإحاطة المنطقة بالأسلاك الشائكة بشكل كامل".
واشار المصدر الى ان أن "قوات الجيش والشرطة انتشرت وبكثافة في غالبية مناطق العاصمة بغداد، مشيرا الى قطع أغلب طرق العاصمة، سيما وسط بغداد وجانب الرصافة منها".
هذا وأعلنت وزارة الداخلية الحالية أنها لم نعط تصريحاً باقامة اي اعتصام او تظاهر امام بوابات المنطقة الخضراء، مؤكدة أنها أخبرت الجهة التي طلبت الترخيص بهذا الامر، في اشارة الى منعها لاتباع تيار مايعرف الصدري البدء باعتصامات ابتداءً من اليوم الجمعة، أمام بوابات المنطقة الخضراء.

يذكر ان اللجنة المالية اقرت في وقت سابق، ان ملفات الفساد التي تمتلكها والمقدرة بـ100 ملف تم احالة جزء منها الى القضاء، فيما سيتم تسليم الملفات الاخرى في الفترة المقبلة إلى هيئة النزاهة.

وأشارت المصادر ان المسلحين اطلقوا الرصاص من مسدس كاتم للصوت حيث حاول مسعفون انقاد حياته إلا انه فارق الحياة قبل وصولة الى المستشفى متأثر بالإصابة التي تعرض لها .
ويعتبر الشهيد الدبلوماسي طالب ابوبكر من الشخصيات الاجتماعية المرموقة حيث شغل العديد من المناصب الدبلوماسية في عدد من سفارات البلاد بالخارج .
وقال شهود عيان بمدينة الحوطة انهم شاهدوا الشهيد قبل اغتياله يتناول وجبة الافطار في احد المقاهي الشعبية بالمدينة حيث يتملك مزرعة في ضواحي الحوطة .
اهالي الفقيد سوف يجرون مراسيم التشيع بعد صلاة الظهر حيث سيوارى جثمان الفقيد في مقبرة بلدة الوهط .
اغتال مسلحون مجهولون قبل قليل الدبلوماسي طالب ابوبكر السقاف بضواحي مدينة الحوطة بلحج .
وقالت مصادر محلية ان مسلحين اثنين على متن دراجة نارية اطلقوا الرصاص على الدبلوماسي طالب ابوبكر السقاف من مسدس كاتم للصوت اثناء ما كان على متن سيارته قادما من حوطة لحج باتجاه بلدة الوهط بطريق رئيسي بمنطقة صبر.

أفادت الأمم المتحدة أمس الجمعة أن المدنيين في المناطق المحاصرة اضطروا لأكل العشب بسبب انقطاع الإمدادات الغذائية عقب منع نظام الأسد السماح بدخول المساعدات الإنسانية.
